I speak for myself, I am no one's vassal but Jehovah's. If someone is quoting from Joel 2:32, such as at Romans 10:13, it is most fitting that Jehovah's name appears, otherwise it is misquoted.

I don't believe in transplants of any type, plain and simple. My religion is mine, not anyone else's. To each, his own, I say. I am one who says "No Blood" and means it - no serums or vaccines taken from blood, no blood fractions, no "unscriptural" use of blood at all. I agree that a wishy washy inconsistent teaching is unsupportable - No Blood means No blood.

Ok have you ever been asked this question in regards to Isaiah 43:10 ?
by StoneWall inhow could god have always existed since it plainly says near the end of that verse before me there was no god formed?.

Another major way that Jehovah's name remains in the NT is in the names of the prophets whose names contain the nickname of Jehovah, Jah, such as Isaiah, Jesus, and various others. Just because the broad way has removed Jehovah's name when quoting from the OT, this doesn't mean that the narrow way is wrong by restoring Jehovah's name to its proper place.

Transliteration is what I need. I may have to lay out some dough on the proper tools. I don't know where I'd be able to find a Bible bookstore with such. They're all vanishing around here and getting consolidated so there's one a mail-order place hundreds of miles away. I'm sorry that you consider transliteration a waste of time.

As I said before, I do not put my TRUST in nobles for my health care, but in Jehovah (Psalm 146:3,5). When I say Jehovah, I believe that he speaks to me via my conscience. I must serve Him with MY power of reason, not with anyone else's, period. The congregation's decisions are not my concern, my relationship with Jehovah is. Being on JWN is helping me learn to prepare for and face whatever reactions and issues may come up. I'd rather be shrewd than inexperienced. Penalties is not my style.
